AWARDS PROCESS

- The shortlisted nominations received for the Mercer NDTV Employers Excellence Awards were collated and presented to the jury for evaluation, which evaluated all shortlisted nominations received till April 8, 2018.

- Jury scores or ranking were tabulated by the Auditors to determine one or more winners in each category.

- Participants were contacted for any additional information and such information was considered as part of the original application.

- If a nomination was shortlisted, then one representative of the shortlisted company had to be available to attend the Awards Ceremony.

- The winner was declared at the Awards Ceremony held in Delhi in April, 2018.
