Naina Lal Kidwai, Former Group GM & Country Head, HSBC and Present Chairman, Advent India

Naina Lal Kidwai is Chairman, Max Financial Services and Advent Private Equity. She is also a Non-Executive Director on the global board of Nestle, CIPLA Ltd and Larsen and Toubro and has been Past President of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry). She retired on December 2015 as Executive Director on the board of HSBC Asia Pacific and Chairman HSBC India.

An MBA from Harvard Business School makes regular appearance on listings by Fortune since 2002 and others of international women in business. She has received many awards and honours in India and was awarded the Padma Shri for her contribution to Trade and Industry, from Government of India in 2007. She has edited two books “Contemporary Banking in India” and “30 Women in Power: Their Voices, Their Stories.”

Vineet Nayar, Former CEO, HCL Technologies

Vineet Nayar is the former CEO of HCL Technologies and Founder of Sampark Foundation. He is also author of the highly acclaimed management book Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down (Harvard Business Press, June 2010).

D Shivakumar, President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Aditya Birla Group

D. Shivakumar is the President (corporate strategy and business development) of Aditya Birla Group . He was the Pepsico CEO for its India Region and former Managing Director and VP – Nokia India. He was the Head of the IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) region which accounts for 40% of Nokia’s global business and comprises of around 90 countries.

Shivakumar has been the recipient of many laurels and accolades. He has been rated as one of the top five Indian marketers by the Economic Times and the Chief Marketing Officers` Council named him the Brand Builder of the Year in 2008 and the following year selected him as the CEO of the year. He was awarded Foods Innovation award for novel teas in 1988, the Unilever Innovation award for Sunsilk shampoo across Asia in 1999 and the Asia Pacific Philips leadership award for turning the Philips consumer Electronics business profitable and competitive. The Hindu Business Line marked him as one of the future leaders in 2000.

He has taught and lectured extensively in both national and international schools of management studies.
