India is preparing for one-day "janata curfew" or self-imposed quarantine on Sunday from 7 am to 9 pm. Two days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced it, India saw a total of 315 cases of coronavirus with 47 new cases reported on Saturday, the biggest single-day spike. Political analyst Desh Ratan Nigam talks on India's economic and medical preparedness to face the threat. In a dry run of sorts, in parts of Noida and Lucknow people were seen on their balconies clapping as a thank you to sanitation workers, domestic help, doctors, health officials and everyone who is working amid coronavirus pandemic.
