Malvika Jain, Founder, Cyclop, India's largest cycling community made a strong case for cycling to be promoted at every level be it policy level, organizational level and at individual levels. She said individuals can join cycling groups, malls and office complexes can facilitate and encourage cycling by providing dedicated parkings for cycles.
