The ruling Shiv Sena has won seven of the 15 Lok Sabha seats it contested in Maharashtra, including Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's political turf Thane, but lost two constituencies in Mumbai to its rival Shiv Sena (UBT).
At 25, at least four candidates are set to become the youngest members of Parliament (MPs) after winning the Lok Sabha elections, results of which were declared yesterday.

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav along with four other members of his family won their respective constituencies in the Lok Sabha polls as the party established itself as the largest one in Uttar Pradesh by winning 37 seats.
