2020 KTM 390 Adventure

KTM 390 Adventure was one of the most-awaited motorcycles in the country, which was officially unveiled in India at India Bike Week 2019 in Goa. The motorcycle is priced at Rs. 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

KTM 390 Adventure is the latest offering from the Austrian two-wheeler manufacturer for the Indian market. The KTM 390 Adventure was first showcased at EICMA 2019. However, the motorcycle made its India debut at 2019 India Bike Week in Goa.

The much-awaited motorcycle was launched with a price tag of Rs. 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it Rs. 50,000 cheaper than its closest rival - the BMW G 310 GS. Also, the motorcycle is around Rs. 30,000 costlier than the KTM 390 Duke.

The KTM 390 Adventure comes powered by the same 373 cc single-cylinder engine, which is also seen on the KTM 390 Duke. It is a liquid-cooled unit that makes 43 bhp of maximum power with peak torque of 37 Nm.

The 19-inch front wheel & 17-inch rear alloy wheels come shod with Metzeler Tourance tyres. The bike sports a seat height of 855 mm with a high ground clearance of 200 mm.

The 390 Adventure from KTM packs a long list of features which includes lean-sensitive traction control, cornering ABS, off-road ABS, KTM MyRide smartphone connectivity, optional turn-by-turn navigation.

The bike is fitted with a long-travel suspension from WP, a non-adjustable USD fork upfront with 170 mm of travel. At the rear, the mono-shock suspension has 10-step preload adjustability with 177 mm of travel.

The KTM 390 Adventure is technically based on the KTM 390 Duke, but it's designed primarily for touring purpose and catering to rider's adventure needs.
