#GLAadventure in Yangon: First stop for team #GLAadventure is world famous temple - Shwedagon Pagoda. Yangon's skyline is ruled by the 'winking wonder' of Shwedagon Pagoda, a dazzling Buddhist temple that attracts pilgrims from all over the world.

It's a 2,500 years old temple and this place enshrines strands of Buddha's hair and other holy relics. What's interesting is that this is one of Buddhism's most sacred sites and is adorned with some 27 metric tons of gold leaf, along with thousands of diamonds and other gems.
