The theme also appropriately portrays how yoga served humanity in alleviating suffering during the peak of the pandemic.

The main event of the International Day of Yoga 2022 demonstration will be held at Mysuru, Karnataka. Where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be leading the Yoga Day celebrations from the heritage city of Mysuru. More than 15,000 people will participate in the Yoga celebrations along with the Prime Minister.
