A World Cup winner, Shane Warne made his ODI debut on 24 March, 1993, vs New Zealand.
In a highly successful career, he also served a one-year ban after testing positive for banned diuretics.
In a career spanning over 16 years, Shane Warne registered 1001 wickets from 339 internationals at an average of 25.51.
During his career, he bagged 38 five-wicket hauls and 10 ten-fors.
Shane Warne was the first bowler to reach 700 Test wickets.
He was also the highest wicket-taker in Test cricket until December 2007.
He holds the record of scoring most runs (3154) without a century.
Shane Warne also won the inaugural IPL with Rajasthan Royals.
Having retired from international cricket after the 2006-07 Ashes series, he was also twice named as Wisden Cricketer of the Year.
