Meet Pooja Iyer, A Psychologist Who Is Providing Mental Health Support To COVID-19 Patients

In the last seven years, Pooja Iyer, Mental Health and Health Promotion Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) or Doctors Without Borders has worked on six projects. Pooja's journey started with working on HIV project in Mumbai followed by work in Malawi in Africa. During Coronavirus pandemic, Pooja along with her team is ensuring COVID-19 patients are educated about the diseases, prevention, and transmission. The team is helping patients through period of isolation.
