Soni lost her sister in the Nithari Case. It is very difficult for her to get over that tragedy. In 2007, NGO Mera Sahara, an education, skill formation and protection initiative for women and children, stepped in, to build back for this community of largely poor migrant labourers, a sense of safety, calm and progress. This shift in the lives of women has emerged a big transformation factor.
