Stuck in a lockdown with no work, no roof over their heads, no public transport and no money, countless migrant workers are making their way on foot from cities to their villages hundreds of kilometres away. The government says migrant workers should stay where they are due to coronavirus concerns and that employers should be sympathetic to their plight. But migrants say the factories they work in are closed and their employers are unreachable. NDTV met with a group of migrants who have been walking for five days.
