Covid cases have been below 39,000 for 5 straight days. This despite delta variant and the lifting of Covid restrictions across most parts of the country. India has set a target of 45 lakh daily tests by June end, but well into August, our testing has been way below that. So, are India's cases low because of a dip in testing?
