With cases of COVID-19 on the decline, and the vaccination rate on the uptick, many states have started reopening schools. Schools have started resuming in-person classes with all the COVID-19 rules in place. In the Delhi schools are reopening in a phased manner for classes 9 to 12 from today. However, attendance will not be mandatory and online classes will continue. We speak to experts on the impact of Covid on children and whether it is safe to open schools before the third wave.
