The G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting (FMM), which is scheduled to take place in physical format from March 1-2, 2023 in New Delhi under India's Presidency is "one of the largest gatherings of foreign ministers hosted by any G20 Presidency."
A meeting between top US diplomat Antony Blinken and Russia's Sergei Lavrov was seen as unlikely as the two men have not been in the same room since a G20 meeting in Bali in July.
India has said it wants a collective global effort to deal with problems posed by cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, and the finance ministry said it had held a seminar for G20 member states to discuss how to come up with a common framework.
