Trucks Entry Fee Delhi: दिल्ली की हवा को साफ रखने की कोशिशों के तहत एक बड़ा फैसला लागू हो गया है. अब राजधानी में प्रवेश करने वाली कमर्शियल गाड़ियों को पहले के मुकाबले ज्यादा एनवायरनमेंट कंपनसेशन चार्ज (ECC) चुकाना होगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश के बाद दिल्ली नगर निगम ने नए रेट लागू कर दिए हैं. इसका सीधा असर ट्रकों और भारी वाहनों पर पड़ेगा, जिन्हें अब दिल्ली में घुसने के लिए जेब ज्यादा ढीली करनी होगी.
आज से लागू हुए ECC के नए रेट
दिल्ली नगर निगम ने सर्कुलर जारी कर ECC के बदले हुए रेट लागू कर दिए हैं. नए नियमों के तहत हल्की और भारी कमर्शियल गाड़ियों दोनों के चार्ज में बड़ी बढ़ोतरी की गई है. अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, ये दरें तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू कर दी गई हैं और एंट्री पॉइंट्स पर वसूली भी शुरू हो गई है.
कौन‑सी गाड़ी पर कितना बढ़ा चार्ज?
नए नियमों के अनुसार अब
- 2‑एक्सल और हल्की कमर्शियल गाड़ियों के लिए ECC ₹1,400 से बढ़ाकर ₹2,000 कर दिया गया है. यानी करीब 43 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी.
- 3‑एक्सल और मल्टी‑एक्सल भारी ट्रकों के लिए यह चार्ज ₹2,600 से बढ़कर ₹4,000 हो गया है, जो लगभग 53–54 प्रतिशत ज्यादा है.
- इतना ही नहीं, 1 अप्रैल से हर साल ECC अपने आप 5 प्रतिशत बढ़ेगा, जिसे नजदीकी ₹10 तक राउंड ऑफ किया जाएगा.
ECC क्यों लिया जाता है?
ECC दरअसल एक पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल चार्ज है, जिसका मकसद दिल्ली में ज्यादा प्रदूषण फैलाने वाली डीजल गाड़ियों की एंट्री को हतोत्साहित करना है. सरकार चाहती है कि भारी और प्रदूषणकारी वाहन दिल्ली के भीतर आने के बजाय पेरिफेरल एक्सप्रेसवे जैसे वैकल्पिक रास्तों का इस्तेमाल करें, ताकि राजधानी की हवा पर दबाव कम हो.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर कार्रवाई
यह फैसला सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद लिया गया है. एमसी मेहता बनाम यूनियन ऑफ इंडिया मामले में 12 मार्च 2026 को कोर्ट ने कमीशन फॉर एयर क्वालिटी मैनेजमेंट के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी थी. कोर्ट ने इसे “उचित और न्यायसंगत” बताते हुए तुरंत लागू करने के निर्देश दिए.
कोर्ट ने क्या‑क्या कहा?
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ तौर पर कहा था कि बढ़े हुए ECC रेट तुरंत लागू किए जाएं. एक समान टोल कलेक्शन सिस्टम सुनिश्चित किया जाए. ट्रैफिक और राजस्व पैटर्न का अध्ययन किया जाए. नेशनल हाईवे अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया के साथ समन्वय किया जाए.
मैदान में क्या बदला?
कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद दिल्ली नगर निगम ने अपने टोल ऑपरेटरों को तुरंत नए चार्ज वसूलने के निर्देश दिए हैं. अब दिल्ली में प्रवेश करने वाली कमर्शियल गाड़ियों से एंट्री पॉइंट पर ही बढ़ा हुआ ECC लिया जा रहा है.
