Chetna Gala Sinha, Founder, Mann Deshi Mahila Sahakari Bank talks about her initiative that she with 15 other women to open their own bank without any external support. She said that people did not believe that women from the villages can do something like this but in 25 years we have taken loans of over 400 crores and repaid all of it, hence proving that without external support we can start a bank.
